Well, I find myself asking this question most days and ended up eating cheap junk food from a nearby takeaway.
We all know how millions of recipes are floating around the internet. But to get your hands on simple recipes can be challenging.
That’s exactly why today I have found 8 recipes which are really quick to make.

Easy Shrimp Fried Rice.
This is a quick and easy 20 minute fried rice recipe. I really think fried rice is a great option if you want to include all of your favorite vegetables.

I often wondered about healthy benefits of Pasta. Mostly we have heard about them being an ingredient full of carbs, however do you know it has a very low glycemic index. Which means it’s digested slowly and causes a lower and slower rise in the blood pressure level.
I wasn’t a fan of bell peppers until this recipe.
👩🏽🍳 Quick tip:I would recommend including Red bell pepper to get the sweet taste and its filled with Vitamin A.
Avocado Toast With Egg
I don’t know about you, but I love avocados. Loaded with healthy fats, avocado is a great choice in a meal. I am sure you will love this one.

Honestly, I am not really a fan of chickpeas until I started cooking with it. They don’t really have a flavour as such but they go very well with any vegetables in a salad. Also since they are high in protein, they are super healthy and make an excellent replacement for meat in vegetarian and vegan diets.

Pasta aglio e olio is the easiest pasta you might have made. This is a super quick, 6 ingredient pasta and trust me it tastes heavenly.

This quinoa taco salad is the easiest yet wholesome recipe out there. It’s filled with nutritious ingredients such as bell peppers, tomato, black beans avocado etc.
